LIVE ARRIVAL – We guarantee all animals will arrive safe and healthy.   We will assume orders shipped to a FEDEX hub will be picked up promptly. As far as shipping to your home location, we will coordinate via cellphone (text) to ensure someone is present to receive the package upon delivery. As a practice, we diligently track all shipments from my end, sending regular text messages to the customer throughout the process to ensure good and timely communication for safe delivery. CUSTOMER SERVICE – If you are not satisfied, we will replace an animal as long as notification is received within 48 hours from the animal’s time of arrival to the animal arriving safely back in my care and in good health. In this case shipping is non-refundable. 
PROPERLY SEXED – All animals will be properly sexed.  Buyer must verify animal(s) were properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery.
PAYMENT– We accept cash, personal checks, PAYPAL and for your convenience Visa and Mastercard using SQUARE. All checks must clear the bank before shipping takes place. For PAYPAL, we will provide my email address & customers will be responsible for the 3% surcharge if they opt to select the “purchase” option versus using “personal”. This “added” PAYPAL protection is not necessary given our 48-hour customer satisfaction guarantee.
DEPOSITS – We will accept at least a 30% deposit to place an animal on hold.  The deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS – We are flexible and will accept payment plans.  To start a payment plan process, we require a minimum of 30% of the total price as a down payment, and a defined payment plan with specified dates.   After receiving the 30% down payment, we will mark the animal(s) as sold and allow you to make payments until paid in full. We do not require any set amount of money to be paid on a monthly basis. You pay as you can until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping.   We cannot under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan process.  If for any reason your plans change, we will issue you credit for an animal that we currently have available or for future offspring.
SHIPPING – We ship all orders big and small through using FEDEX as we are a certified reptile shipper.  The typical cost for most shipments ranges from $55-$75.  We can fit several animals in each box to minimize shipping charges.  We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature.  And as needed, 40-hour heat packs are used when the temperature is below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. All animals are shipped in snake bags surrounded by shredded paper for added cushion and safety.  Our survival rate with regards to shipping has been 100%!  If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 24 hours with a photo of the deceased animal.  We ship late afternoon for early morning delivery day after. We cannot guarantee live arrival for door to door shipments during extreme temperatures under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If the weather reaches these extremes, I typically work with my customers to wait for a better window to ship.  Our goal is to ensure we have satisfied customers and protect the animals in the process.
FEEDING ISSUES – All of our animals are guaranteed to be feeding at the time they are shipped.  Newly acquired snakes normally begin feeding within the first week or two. However, the stress from shipping and being placed in an unfamiliar environment can sometimes make the snake go into a non-feeding mode. This is nothing to panic about, as long as there are no other health issues with the snake. We want you to have success with any animals you purchase from us and will assist in determining why a particular snake may not be feeding. Usually, after a few minor adjustments to the snake’s environment, temperatures, humidity, etc. is all that’s required.  Ball Pythons are incredibly hardy and resilient.
