LIVE ARRIVAL- I guarantee all animals will arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport be picked up promptly and someone is present to sign for the package when shipped to your door. As a practice, I always track the shipment from my end, sending regular text messages to the customer to ensure safe delivery.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - If you are not satisfied, I will replace an animal as long as notification is received within 48 hours from the animal’s time of arrival and the animal arrives safely back in my care and is in good health. Shipping is non-refundable.
PROPERLY SEXED - All animals will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery.
PAYMENT- I accept Cash, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers and for your convenience Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. All checks must clear the bank before shipping takes place. For Paypal, I will provide my personal email address, & customers are responsible for the 3% surcharge.
DEPOSITS - I will accept at least a 30% deposit to place an animal on hold. The deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS - I will do payment plans on orders totaling $500.00 or more. To start a payment plan process, I require a minimum of 30% of the total price due as a down payment, and a defined payment plan with specified dates. After receiving the 30% down payment, I mark the animal(s) as sold and you make payments until it's paid in full. I do not require any set amount of money to be paid on a monthly basis. You pay as you can until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. I cannot under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan process. If for any reason your plans change, I will issue you credit for an animal I currently have available or for future offspring.
SHIPPING - I ship all orders big and small through using FedEx as I am a certified reptile shipper. The typical cost for most shipments range from $50-$65. We can fit several animals in each box to minimize shipping charges. We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature. As needed, 40-hour heat packs any time the temperature is below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. In summer, we use cool packs if the temperature is above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I ship all animals in snake bags surrounded by shredded paper for added cushion and safety. Our survival rate with regards to shipping has been 100%! If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 24 hours with a photo of the deceased animal. We ship late afternoon for early morning delivery day after.
I cannot guarantee live arrival on door to door shipments during extreme temperatures under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If the weather reaches these extremes, I typically work with my customer to wait for a better window to ship. My goal is to ensure I have satisfied customers and protect the animals in the process.
FEEDING ISSUES - All of our animals are guaranteed to be feeding at the time they are shipped. Newly acquired snakes normally begin feeding within the first week or two. However, the stress from shipping and being placed in an unfamiliar environment can sometimes make the snake go into a non-feeding mode. This is nothing to panic about, as long as there are no other health issues with the snake. We want you to have success with any animals you purchase from us and will be happy to assist in determining why a particular snake may not be feeding. Usually, after a few minor adjustments to the snake’s environment, temperatures, humidity, etc. is all that’s required. Ball Pythons are incredibly hardy and resilient.
